Introducing Peter Morros

Peter Morros is a third-generation builder and Director of family-owned and family-run Morros Developments Pty Ltd, which services the Melbourne metropolitan area.

Peter went to work as a domestic builder in 1985 in partnership with his father. At one stage the youngest registered builder in Victoria, he now has over 30 years' hands-on experience in the building industry.

Schooled in the traditional building industry values of quality workmanship, hard work, honesty and listening to the client, Peter's philosophy is to be with the client every step of the way: from their first ideas for their building project through to completion, whether it's to improve their lifestyle, increase their return on investment or make more productive use of their land.

Peter is a fully licensed builder, registered by the Victorian Building Authority in the classes of Domestic Builder (Unlimited) and Commercial Builder (Unlimited).

Traditionally, builders have worked closely with their clients to turn dreams into reality. We continue this tradition by partnering with you to help evolve and refine your ideas. We offer our 30 years' experience of how things work on-site at the conceptual stage, before you commit. Whether you already have plans or just a basic idea, we advise and partner with you to turn your ideas into buildings.

You should be well-informed before making any big decisions about your project. We start by discussing your needs and ideas with you. We can point out opportunities or issues we see with what you're planning, and suggest improvements. For example, we can offer advice about how to make a smaller area feel bigger, advice that saves you money. We're not in the business of selling set layouts but of making your ideas work for you. The result is what we build for you reflects your personality and suits your needs and budget.

And right through the construction phase, we're on-site to keep you up-to-date with the progress of works.

For over 30 years, we've built a team of experienced, high-quality licensed subcontractors — among them town planners, architects, designers, engineers, interior designers, cabinet-makers, concreters, bricklayers, carpenters, glaziers, plumbers, electricians, roofers, tilers, plasterers, installers, security and alarm experts, fencers and landscapers — to ensure we complete your building project to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

We only use qualified and reliable subcontractors with a history of delivering on their price and timing commitments.

Flexibility at all Stages

We don't build our ideas, we build yours. We handle everything from renovating a small room to building a warehouse or office block. You choose the finishes, from luxury to budget. Just tell us what you want and we'll cost it for you.

We're also flexible when it comes to the scope of works. You might want to handle some final parts of the work (like painting or tiling) yourself, and we can factor that in, too. Otherwise, we can do everything, right through to landscaping.
